Born from a love of queer nightlife, performance, and the people who make Canal Street sparkle, OutInTheVillage was created to bring together events, artists, and venues under one platform. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a local regular, we’re here to help you discover what’s on, who’s performing, and where the next great night out is waiting.

What We Do

We spotlight events from across the Village — from packed club nights and legendary drag shows to quiz nights, karaoke, fetish events, socials, and everything in between. Our aim is to celebrate the full spectrum of queer culture, giving equal love to the main stages and the hidden gems.

We post regular weekly and monthly event guides, share daily updates on Instagram, and keep an evolving calendar that makes it easy to plan your night — or your whole Pride weekend.

Why We Exist

The Gay Village has long been a space of joy, resistance, creativity, and chosen family. But with so much happening across different venues and nights, it can be hard to keep track — especially for newcomers, visitors, or those looking for something outside their usual scene.

OutInTheVillage was built to connect the dots. To amplify performers, support independent venues, and make queer nightlife more visible, accessible, and celebrated.

We’re not a big company. We’re independent, community-minded, and run by someone who genuinely loves the scene — and wants it to thrive.
